Octane Agents

Add-on · not our wedge

Ranking on Google does not matter if the site does not convert.

We are not a website agency, and we are not going to talk you into a $5,000 rebuild you do not need. But when the audit shows that traffic is arriving and leaving, this is the fix.

We only recommend a build when the audit shows the site is the bottleneck.

How you know

The site is the problem when…

A site that does not convert looks exactly like a visibility problem from the outside. These are the tells that separate the two.

It is slow on a phone

Most of your traffic is someone standing in a driveway on cellular data. If the page takes five seconds, they are already gone.

The phone number is not obvious

Home-service buyers want to call. If the number is not tappable and visible without scrolling, you are asking them to work for it.

There is one page for six services

A single “Services” page cannot rank for six different searches, and it cannot answer the one question the visitor actually came with.

Octane Conversion Website

$1,500–$4,000 setup

One-time build · or $299–$499/mo Website-as-a-Service

Ranking on Google does not matter if people click through to a website that does not convert. We build the page that turns the visit into a booked job.

Built to be the landing surface for everything else we do — the map pack, the review profile, and eventually the ads. It is an asset in the system, not a brochure.

Every build includes

  • Mobile-first design
  • Service pages
  • Location pages
  • Lead capture forms
  • Call tracking
  • Testimonials and reviews
  • Google Business Profile integration
  • Local SEO fundamentals
  • Fast hosting
  • Analytics

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Do I need a new website to work with you?

No, and we will tell you if yours is fine. Plenty of sites are ugly but converting perfectly well, and we would rather put your money into visibility than into a redesign you do not need. The audit tells us which situation you are in.

What is the difference between the build and the monthly option?

The one-time build is yours outright. Website-as-a-Service spreads the cost monthly and includes hosting, updates and ongoing changes, which suits owners who do not want a large upfront bill or a site that goes stale.

Do I own the site?

On a one-time build, completely. On Website-as-a-Service the site stays with us while you subscribe, the same way most monthly site services work. We will say which applies before you sign anything, not after.

How long does a build take?

Typically three to five weeks depending on how many service and location pages you need, and mostly on how fast we get photos and content decisions from you. That last part is usually the bottleneck.
