Octane Agents is a local growth agency built around one idea: getting found on Google, getting chosen over competitors, and getting the job on the books are three different problems, and most businesses only ever address the first.
What we are
Not an SEO shop. Not a web designer.
Most agencies sell you a service. Octane builds a system — visibility, reputation, and follow-up — and then runs it. Those three things compound on each other. Sold separately, they mostly do not work.
We focus exclusively on home services because the economics are specific: high job value, a real service radius, and a customer who is going to pick up the phone rather than fill in a form and wait. Marketing built for e-commerce does not transfer, and we would rather be genuinely good at one thing than adequate at nine.

Four things we hold to.
Mostly these are the things that cost us money in the short term and keep clients in the long one.
We start where the money is
Every client begins with Google Maps, because visibility is the constraint on everything downstream. Selling you automation for leads you are not generating would be an expensive way to solve nothing.
We show the work
Geo-grids, competitor comparisons, call logs, response times. If we cannot show you a number that moved, we have not earned the retainer, and we would rather you knew that.
We tell you when to stop buying
There is a point where more spend stops helping, and a point where a service is not right for your business. We will name both, even when naming them costs us the upsell.
We do not lead with AI
We use it — for review drafting, for call handling, for follow-up. But nobody wakes up wanting AI. They want the phone answered and the job on the calendar.

Octane is early. You will not find a wall of stock testimonials or logos we borrowed from somewhere on this site, because we have not earned them yet.
What we will do is prove it on your account. The first handful of clients get the $500 onboarding fee waived in exchange for letting us publish the results as a case study — the rankings before, the rankings after, and the calls in between.
The monthly price does not move. The work does not change. You are simply trading a public result for the setup cost.
